Today, Hilaco is applying those same meticulous standards to developing properties that will serve the dual purpose of revitalizing small town Texas while retaining its true character.

Simple. Our commitment to Hico goes back over 20 years when the brothers purchased a working ranch in the area. Today, that ranch boasts over 150 head of cattle and is still going strong. Those hard-working values and strong ties to the community are what helped motivate Hilaco to undertake this project. More than just a financial investment, it’s a personal one.
